YOUTH COUNCIL COMMISSION by Mayor with council consent
Under City Ordinance Section 2-230, the Mayor and Council appoint Youth Council Commission members (the Mayor votes only if there is a tie). Members of the commission must be residents of Laurens County, pass a background check, and be someone with an interest in the betterment of youth in the community.
