Located at 1501 Woodrow Drive in Dublin, GA, Hilburn Park is named after Kenneth Hilburn, a prominent local figure in Laurens County who passed away in 1979. In October 2024, the park completed construction of an extensive new playground system atop soft turf, designed to absorb heavy impacts for years to come. It features a large pavilion with five picnic tables, two bench swings, and a small picnic table as you enter the fenced-in playground. Recent renovations will include two restrooms, a walking trail around the park, the school baseball fields (owned by the school system), and an open green space for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
With plenty of parking, Hilburn is an ideal spot to watch a school softball game while the little ones run around the playground.
Located at 525 Charles Manning Sr. Way, Dublin, GA 31021, this facility traces its origins to Oconee High School, a historic segregated black high school that operated from 1952 to 1970. After the school closed due to integration, the gymnasium and football field remained and have since been turned into the Oconee Community Center. In August 2024, the gymnasium underwent a $3.9 million renovation and was renamed the Oconee Gymnasium. The renovations included a new indoor basketball court with six adjustable goals, new flooring on the stage, adjustable bleachers, an open classroom available for reservations or programs, two locker rooms, renovated restrooms, a fully functional staff office, a refreshed lobby and a new concessions area, as well as a newly upgraded weight room with equipment to serve all users and muscle groups.

Located at 525 Charles Manning Sr. Way, Dublin, GA 31021, this park is an extension of the Oconee Gymnasium. It features two baseball fields, a football field, an outdoor basketball court, and a playground. Formerly known as Riverview Park, it was renamed to honor Roscoe Brower. After graduating from Savannah State University in 1953, he moved to Dublin and worked at what was then called Oconee High School as an Industrial Arts teacher, football coach, and track coach. Before passing in 2018, he served as the Director of the Oconee Community Center. Mr. Brower played a leadership role in various capacities, paving the way for many in the Dublin-Laurens County community and making a significant positive impact on numerous young lives.
Named after Sandra K. Scott, who has passed away, in honor of her dedicated service as a member of the Board of Education from 1993 to 2006 and her stature as a respected community leader. She served as a Director of Social Services at Dublinair Nursing Home, a counselor for Telamon Corporation, and a benefits specialist for the Georgia Department of Labor. This beautiful, peaceful, 2-acre open park is located at 400 Ohio Street, Dublin, Georgia. It features a small pavilion, a shaded picnic table at the back, a play area for young children, and a play zone equipped with a slide, bench, and swings.

Located at 300 Calhoun Street, Dublin, GA 31021, Stubbs Park was established in 1909 following a land donation from Colonel John M. Stubbs' family in 1908. Originally spanning 10 acres, the park once featured a desegregated swimming pool installed in 1956, along with playgrounds, sports courts, and an amphitheater. Today, Stubbs Park includes two small playgrounds, a swing set, five picnic tables, a skatepark, tennis courts, and scenic views within the Stubbs Park-Stonewall Street Historic District. The property also houses a gymnasium with six basketball goals, restrooms, and a concessions stand. Nearby is an Activity Building with a classroom, small kitchen, restroom, and a dance studio.
