DUBLIN – LAURENS LAND BANK AUTHORITY by Mayor with council consent
Mayor and Council appoint four of the members of the Board of Directors for the Land Bank.
It takes an affirmative vote from 5 council members to make the appointment.
(a) FOUR (4) members appointed by the Mayor of Dublin, with the approval of no less than five members of the City Council of Dublin for an initial term of three (3) years.
(b) TWO (2) members appointed by the Laurens County Board of Commissioners for an initial term of two (2) years.
