Ward 3 (Chairman of Council)
Serves the residents of Ward 3 and provides leadership and coordination in the role of Chairman of Council. Council members are required to attend and participate in their assigned committees and authorities each year.
Facilities Committee Representative
Represents the City on the Facilities Committee, which oversees the planning, maintenance, and improvement of municipal buildings and public infrastructure.
Personnel Committee Representative
Represents the City on the Personnel Committee, which addresses staffing matters, organizational policies, and personnel‑related decisions.
Parks Committee Representative
Represents the City on the Parks Committee, which supports the planning, maintenance, and enhancement of public parks and recreational spaces.
