Ward 4
Serves the residents of Ward 4 and contributes to decision‑making across all areas of local government. Council members are required to attend and participate in their assigned committees and authorities each year.
Finance & Personnel Committees Representative
Represents the City on the Finance and Personnel Committees, which oversee budgeting, financial planning, staffing matters, and organizational policy.
Recreation Authority Representative
Represents the City on the Recreation Authority, which supports recreational programming, facility development, and community engagement through parks and leisure services.
