The City of Dublin continues to take steps to support residential growth and make homebuilding more affordable for homeowners, builders, and developers.
Recent changes include:
✅ Building permit fee calculations for single-family homes now align with Laurens County's current fee structure
✅ Reduced building permit, zoning, plan review, and other Planning & Development fees
✅ Capital Recovery Fee discounts of 20%–60% for all residential housing types
These updates are part of the City's ongoing commitment to encouraging quality residential development and expanding housing opportunities in our community.
