The City of Dublin has applied for a housing grant and is seeking eligible contractors to work in the program if funded.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible as a contractor under these programs:

1                 A contractor application must be completed.

2                 You must have a valid State issued Contractors License.

3                 You must have proper liability insurance.

4                 References must be provided for material dealers and customers that you have performed work on their house or building.

These projects are covered under the Section 3 requirement of the HUD Act of 1968.
