The City of Dublin Building
Inspection/Planning & Zoning Department oversees all meetings held for
the Planning & Zoning Board, Appeals Board, Historic Board, and Soil
Erosion Control. They also handle all the inspection within the city
limits of Dublin on new residential and commercial construction. In
addition to new construction they cover inspections on additions,
remodels, any and all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical inspections
as well. The area of Code Enforcement covers the dilapidated structures
and abandoned vehicles within the city limits. The Building Inspection
