Judge Harold McLendon 

Location: Our offices are located on the first floor of Dublin City Hall at 100 S. Church Street. From the rear entrance, enter the lobby and our office is the first door on the left. 

Municipal Court is held at the municipal courthouse in the Dublin Police Department located at 346 S. Jefferson Street in Dublin, GA 31021.  Bench trials are on the 1st Wednesday of each month and arraignments are on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Individuals can pay citations by mail only with a money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

Covid 19 Notice


In an effort to ensure the safety of the court, the courtroom personnel, the police department 
staff, defendants, attorneys, and the general public, the Court hereby implements the following 
requirements for conduct of Municipal Court for the City of Dublin:

1)   All individuals entering the building and at all times while inside the building and inside 
the courtroom shall wear a mask.  In the event an individual has a medical, physical, or other 
reason for not being able to comply with this order, that individual shall address the matter with 
the court on an individual basis.

2)   All individuals shall maintain at least six feet of distance between themselves and others who 
do not also live in their household.  This requirement may be waived at times when the individual's 
case is being heard and paperwork is being filled out, but those who are waiting for their case to 
be heard shall abide by this rule.  Only 12 defendants may be allowed in the courtroom at one time 
to ensure compliance with this rule.

3)   Courtroom staff shall ensure the regular and proper cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces 
regularly touched by the public.

4)   Courtroom staff shall check temperatures of all individuals who enter the building and shall 
reschedule court for anyone with a fever registering 100.4°or higher and those individuals shall 
not enter the building.
5)   Anyone who feels sick or is otherwise not feeling well is required to contact the clerk of 
court to reschedule their court appearance.  Contact information for the clerk is below.
