Artiffany Stanley is a native of Dublin, Georgia. She attended East Laurens High School and graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Troy University with a Masters in Public Administration.
She has worked for the City of Dublin since 1996, and was appointed Assistant City Manager in July 2015 by City Manager, Lance Jones. She previously worked in the City of Dublin as a Customer Service Clerk, Mayor’s Assistant, HR/Special Projects Coordinator, and Safety Compliance Director prior to her appointment.
She has served on the United Way Board of Directors since 2007, and Dublin-Laurens Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2013-2015. She is an alumni member of Leadership Georgia 2014, and was also a member of Leadership Dublin Laurens Class in 2006. She served on the Leadership Board of Directors from 2009-2013 and served as Chairman of the Board in 2011. She was Chairman of the City of Dublin’s Bicentennial Committee in 2012, and currently serves as General Chairman of the St. Patrick’s Festival Committee which she has served on since 2012. She has one daughter, Chantel Hazley, who is a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University.
