PRO SHOP WORKER

The City of Dublin has an opening for team members with positive attitudes and initiative.  A Pro Shop Worker for the Golf Course is needed.
This individual will collect all green and cart fees, keep records and assign starting times.  

This is a part-time position and the individual will work as needed.
Applicants must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen.  

Starting salary is $7.25 an hour.

CITY CLERK/FINANCE DIRECTOR

The City of Dublin is seeking qualified candidates for the position of
City Clerk/Finance Director.

This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive annual financial report and budget, revenue collections and billings for all City funds and accounts.  They will also serve as custodian of the City Seal and all official documents for the City of Dublin.  This individual will provide administrative services as required for the Mayor and City Council, oversee the City's Municipal Code and supervise the Finance, Tax and City Clerk offices.

Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree in Finance, Business, Public Administration or a closely related field required; MBA/MPA preferred.  Successful candidate should have five years professional experience in accounting and financial management preferably, including supervising a professional staff and have the ability to be bonded.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISOR

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a Public Works Supervisor in the Public Works Street Department.

Job duties include assisting thePublic Works Superintendent in planning, assigning and supervising subordinates engaged in the construction and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, storm drains and sewers, catch basins and related facilities and appurtencances.

Duties also include schedules and assigning work, inspecting work in progress and upon completion.

Successful applicant must have a completion of a standard high school course of study or it's recognized equivalent, considerable experience in supervision of street construction and maintenance activities and a valid State of Georgia Commericial Drivers License.

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen.  

Starting salary is $20.37 an hour.

GAS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a
Gas Maintenance Technician in the Gas Department.

Job duties include assisting thePublic Works Superintendent in planning, assigning and supervising subordinates engaged in the construction and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, storm drains and sewers, catch basins and related facilities and appurtencances.

This individual will be responsible for both the skilled and technical work involved in the maintenance of a gas distribution system.  Performance of tests and calibration of domestic gas meters, regulators and relief apparatuses will be required in order to comply with the Department of Transportation's federal rules and regulations.

Preferred experience with natural gas system and possession of valid gas system operator qualifications license or ability to qualify within 12 months.  Degree in electronics or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in trouble shooting electronics is preferred.

Applicants must possess a valid Driver's License and have a high school diploma or GED.

The successful applicant must pass a drug screen.  

Starting salary is $16.70 an hour.
