ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, completing payments to vendors by receiving, processing and reconciling invoices. 
Applicants will also be required to maintain records and create electronic files.  Other responsibilities include verifying and posting daily deposits as well as assisting other bookkeepers when necessary. 
We are in need of a motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Applicants must have polished business communication skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application and either a High School Diploma or GED.  Accounting experience is preferred.

Starting salary is $14.79 per hour.

POLICE CLERK

 
The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a team player with a positive attitude.  This individual will work as a Clerk in the Police Department.

This position requires good oral skills, written communication skills, computer skills and a High School diploma or GED.  Clerical experience is preferred. 

Work is performed on a rotating shift schedule. 

The successful applicant must pass a drug screen.

Starting salary is $13.27 per hour.
