The City of Dublin is seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources Director. 

The Director of Human Resources plans and directs the City Human Resources management programs including recruitment, personnel policy administration, risk management, organizational development and training, talent management, workers’ compensation, employee relations, compensation management, employee benefits, and wellness programs.  The Director of Human Resources will develop a human resources strategic plan, policies & procedures, and practices and programs. 

Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or related field, with at least 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative HR experience.  
Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
