POLICE CLERK

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for team members with a positive attitude.

This individual will work as a Clerk in the Police Department.

 This position requires good oral and written communication skills, computer skills and a high school diploma or GED. Clerical experience is preferred.

Work is performed on a rotating shift schedule.

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen and a Polygraph.

Starting salary is $13.27 an hour.

POLICE OFFICER

 

 The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a team member with a

positive attitude and initiative for the position of Certified Police Officer. 

This person will perform law, traffic and criminal investigations work.

Positions will be financed in part with Federal funds from the

U.S. Department of Justice, FY2017 Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program.

The COPS Program is committed to supporting military veterans;

therefore military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.

and have a valid Georgia driver’s license.

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen, Polygraph exam,

physical agility test and psychological exam.

 

Starting salary:

$17.73 hour - POST Certified

$16.84 hour - Uncertified

STORMWATER CREW LEADER

(Public Works Department)

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a Stormwater Crew Leader in the Public Works Department. 

 Applicants must possess the knowledge, skills and ability to operate a diverse range of moderate to heavy equipment including rubber tired and track backhoes, front end loaders, dozers and tractor trailer/dump trucks.  This individual will supervise and be the lead worker for a construction crew.

Applicants should have a minimum of one year experience leading a pipe installation crew and must be experienced to set up traffic control devices for work zones in accordance with the MUTCD. 

 Applicant must possess a Georgia - Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

 Starting salary is $17.73 per hour. An extensive fringe benefit package including health, dental and life insurance is also included. 

 Successful applicant must pass a drug screen.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN II


The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a team member
with a positive attitude and initiative for a
Service Technician II in the Water Construction Department.  

Applicants must have a valid Commercial Driver's License.

Experience in maintenance of sanitary sewer lines, plumbing
and water main maintenance preferred, but will train.

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen.

Starting Salary: $12.86 hour
