GAS SERVICE TECHNICIAN I
(Gas Department)

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for a Service Technician I in the
Gas Department.  The successful applicant will perform a variety of tasks
involved in constructing, maintaining and repairing of gas lines and related facilities.

This individual will install gas meters, check gas lines for leaks and weak spots,
perform manual labor and obtain all certifications and qualification mandated.

Successful applicant must have a high school diploma or GED and have a
Georgia Driver’s License. Reading, report writing and math skills will be necessary.

Starting salary is $13.00 per hour.

An extensive fringe benefit package including health, dental and
life insurance is also included. 

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

The City of Dublin is accepting applications for team members with positive attitudes and initiative as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the Sanitation Department.

Applicants must be able to operate front-end loaders, a rear-end packer truck, compacting and disposing of refuse and garbage at the county landfill, a backhoe, trencher and other heavy motor equipment. This individual must have considerable experience in the operation of moderate and heavy equipment.

Applicants must be 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and
able to read and understand written communications

Successful applicant must pass a drug screen and have a valid

Georgia Class B Commercial Driver’s License.

Starting salary is $16.86 an hour. 

The City of Dublin offers an extensive fringe benefit package including
