Councilman J. W. Scarboro was elected to serve on the Dublin City Council in January of 1985. During his tenure on the Council, Mr. Scarboro served as Mayor-Pro-Ten. He presently serves as Chair of the Recreation Committee. Mr. Scarboro is a member of Pine Forest Methodist Church. He is married to Nan Carroll Scarboro. They have one daughter, Nancy, and three grandchildren, Kaylie, Will, and Kyle.
