The City of Dublin is seeking individuals to fill the following positions:

• Wastewater Plant Operator

The City of Dublin has an opening for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. This individual will perform routine chemical tests and operate the various pumps and equipment necessary to process raw sewage. Shift work is required. Some work experience as a laboratory or mechanical helper is beneficial. Strong math background is necessary.

Starting salary is $9.97per hour for a trainee or $11.68 per hour for a Class III Operator. An extensive fringe benefit package including health, dental and life insurance is also offered. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have a high school diploma or GED. The successful applicant must pass a drug screen.

Job announcements are posted at all City facilities as well as in the City of Dublin Human Resources Department. They are also placed on the local access channel, Channel 9. Job announcements will provide you with salary information, job duties, application deadlines, educational and experience requirements.
